Swain hit me with the very first incarnation of AI and ragdoll in this simulation where one badguy will just walk at you until you shot him, where he flops to the ground (rather majestically).

There's something fucking horrifying about it, though, every time you shoot him he just snaps back up after a second and starts walking towards you again.

So I spend a good few minutes raising my blood pressure just running away from this thing and shooting at it.

PN2 might take a page from modern horror games, because of this

Wow awesome the only thing that I hope for this game is to make it free!, and also I have followed your madness animation since madness combat 5 :D and keep up doing the most awesome animations and games that I ever saw in the face of newgrounds!

Damn dude, will there be an option for PN2 to be a first person shooter?

maybe? We're fixing for 3rd person camera, a wide angle, like the cartoons. The aiming will sort of rely on how the camera is set up but it might be possible to stick a 1st person mode in, heck, hitman did it.

That's some scary shit, only thing you need to do to make it even creepier is if you make the damned thing into a crawler, then you have an immortal problem, perhaps you could suggest to Swain about redoing the first two episode things from the current one in this style, but i can already figure when the Auditor comes in it will be a difficult thing to animate, due to all the flames and intricate ability's he has.

Anyway this can be a nice idea to add some horror elements into a game. Episode 1,5 of PN1 was basically Resident Evil story, some sort of side-scrolling survival horror with limited ammo and running abominations and grappling zombies

Is there going to be an experimental mode? Like in Madness Interactive where you're in a room and you have some options such as spawning some weapons, invincibility, and enemy AI. I think it might be fun to just mess around sometimes with the game and maybe even get some practice from it.

You said earlier that it'll run better than Flash. Does that mean there'll be more graphical settings to turn down, or it'll just be naturally superior? Or both? Really hoping for an option to have the corpses fade away. Good luck, man.
Oh, wait. Will the soundtrack be exclusively the product of the great Cheshyre, or will there be a Killbot kind of thing again? I might have a few suggestions, if you're interested...

So are you guys going to be physics into the guns on the floor so they actually fall over. Also I hope that the gentleman in the bottom lefthand corner will eventually learn how to properly hold a firearm, because he appears to be gripping it somewhere between the trigger guard and the magazine.
