For people who are saying Sanford's feet are backwards, they're not. Judging by the way the corpses have fallen, Sanford came into that room from the left door and killed those agents. Then the possessed guy came in from behind and Sanford only just managed to turn his head around (leaving his feet facing to the right) to fire off a shot which got dodged anyway. it's all a guess though
