actually if you think about everything from madness 5 to madness 9 probably took place within half an hour.
sanford probably got that lip when tricky turned up with a hook and pulled sanfords face with it until a lip stretched out.
and of course the 1337 crew agent shown in the pic is named henry.

CheeseTomatoePie just brought up the only non-retarded argument in the last few points. Everyone is talking about S&D YEARS ago, when over half of the series has taken place in the same day within a 30 min-1 hr. time span.
The time between MC 7-8 and 8-9 is arguable however.

when tricky threw hank off the cliff, he was revived and madness 7 started
when jebus killed hank, it goes right into madness 8 without delay.
when jebus dies, madness combat 9 is already happening because you can see the normality explosion in the beginning of madness 9 and in the end of madness 8.
