Progress is progress. I'm VERY pleased with you Matt, continually posting updates for us like that. I've followed Madness Combat ever since the first one somewhat religiously lol, so I guess I should pray five times a day. I cannot wait for the tenth episode man. KIU

I never understood that target thing you have in the middle with the box surrounding it. I've seen tons of animators use that but I can't understand why and what for.

Krinkels... I live an average life, and I continue to have great hangouts with my friends and family on almost a day to day basis, and hold a full time job.. However! For some damn reason "I have no fuckin idea why?" I check your NG account probably more than twice a week to see any updates. What I'm getting at is your series has gotten me pumped the fuck up... When I was a young buck I loved DBZ, and I watched every episode. Now that I've aged I have bigger sights, but for some odd reason, (No idea why) Madness gives the same youthful feeling of intense action that you have given the internet.
In the end all I have to really say is.. You are an inspiration to future animators, keep up the great work bud.

It's called a v-cam.
When animating, you have a background, which is set and unmoving. In order to zoom in or follow something, you have to litterally move and scale every image in the animation.
V-cam (basically) is a mini screen that you can crop and move around, and only what is inside of the v-cam's rectangle will be shown, so you can animate, then use the v-cam to zoom in and out of what you actually want seen. It's one of the most important knick knacks of animation (in my humble opinion anyway. I'm sure most REAL animators would agree. I haven't gotten too technical with flash, so my knowledge is extremely limited.)
