When 1.7 comes out, can you do something about the horrible lag? making the bodies, blood spatter, bullet holes, and shell casings disappear after a few seconds would surely do the trick.

Most likely that picture is of Incident 100A because:
1. The blood graphics aren't in Project Nexus
2. There isn't any random walls to hide behind.
3. The guy who isn't dead yet's posture isn't in Project Nexus.
4. Etc.
Also didja notice that the Incidents are in binary like 001A is 1A and 010A is 2A, etc?
