Perhaps it could use a scope or a red dot sight? Maybe a flashlight/laser sight (whichever isn't the one below there. On the off chance it's both... attach another one on the side!). And maybe a stock while you're at it, but then that's just getting ridiculous.

Oh I probably will. Just for the hell of it. We've got weapon stability in place so marksman pistols is something I want to explore a bit.
@Delamortes I think that scopes on semi-auto pistols aren't so useful, it's better on auto ones.
Also Krinkels, try adding compensators, or even M203 attachments.
