WORK UPDATE
Madness Combat 9.5 part 2;
I have completed this room, and have moved on to the next scene. Now, how many are left? Who knows! I like to feel these out as I go because the momentum is tough to eyeball 'til I got the keyframes out. The important thing is that progress is consistent and sizable. I could just end this in two more scene changes at the QUICKEST (one of which would be less combat oriented). Or I could string this out for another few minutes. In either event I am excited because combining this with MC9.5 part 1 is going to make for a nice and twisty toon. Behold; this mess of a room.
Madness: Project Nexus;
This is still the bulk of my working hours. Every day I'm chipping in assets that The-Swain needs to finish this behemoth. Some days its some touch ups, sometimes I'll mesh/texture in some world stuff that we didn't think we'd have time for. We recently plugged in the map Hardsell, where you're protecting a bizarre artifact from a paramilitary group that would see it destroyed. We've also slotted in the cyber bandits, the extremely mysterious bandit faction known to live in the walls of Nexus City (among other places rich in high technology). The exploding g03lm there was a legit after-thought. In either event progress on MPN is constant, and if you're interested in seeing/hearing the detailed progress of the game, consider popping into the MPN discord.
