The 16th Annual Madness Day is fast coming up, guys. Sixteen years of Madness Days here on Newgrounds, and every one of them a banger. Last year's submissions were absolutely incredible and I anticipate the same level of mind blowing work to pass through on that day because, well... it's you guys, and you're all so damn good at this it's unreal, and your willingness to participate in this is a god damned blessing. We're doing the prize pool again this year through GoFundMe, because PayPal's money pool feature was discontinued, and GoFundMe has the level of transparency I crave for this. I set the goal to $1,000 dollars, but like before if we go over that we'll make room for more prizes to distribute the cash across more artists. I started things off with a $200 dollar donation.

Rules for prize eligibility; We can only consider Art, Animation, and Music entries posted ON SEPTEMBER 22 or 23. Be sure to tag your entry with "madness-day-2022" so that we can find it. I can issue prize payment only in Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp. Collaborative efforts that place will have the prize money sent to the collab organizer for them to distribute as they see fit. Multiple entries are permitted but an individual can only win one place.
I'll update the prize amounts every couple days to reflect the new total as it is contributed to. Thank you.
