Hello there chaps and chapettes. Since Madness Day 2025 is coming up quick I wanted to pop in a news post detailing what we got coming. On Sunday, the 21st the twitch stream will begin at noon, EST. And we're starting out with interviews. These are the times for the interviews, so far as they've been worked out;

First Interview: Joecoustic at 12:15 PM EST

Second Interview: Heavy Bro at 1 PM EST

Third Interview: OVERTRY at 2 PM

Fourth Interview: Warlord Pete at 3 PM

Fifth Interview: LittleLuckyLink at 3:30 PM

Sixth Interview: Potke at 4 PM

Seventh Interview: Jsoull at 5 PM

Eighth Interview: agent-cn at 6 PM

If you have questions for them, we'll be combing the comments of this news post. Please format it such that we can understand to whom the question is addressed. Something like "Question for [user]; what's ur favorite color?". We'll snipe up the most compelling questions and shoot them at our guests when the day comes.

Monday, the 22nd is the day. (for the love of god, do not submit early, wait for the day! There ain't no prize for submitting first, nor will that guarantee we see you first! Keep it on the 22nd so we can find you and you're marked as a contender!) We're coming in hot at noon EST on that day and I will be on stream and the first thing we're going to be going through are the animations. We'll pivot over to looking at artwork during this stream, but when we do that will be based entirely on how many submissions there are to watch.

Tuesday, the 23rd will be a 'mop up' stream, where me and the gang will be finishing off what we looked at, and hunting down stragglers. It's our goal to witness as much as possible while on stream. That's the sauce. This is also the day that I will be hunting down any Madness related games that were meant to be apart of the festivities. If you're creating a game that does not appear on newgrounds, DM me a link to where I can download it so that getting my hands on an executable won't be a production!

Madness Day 2025 Submission rules/guidelines;

• We can only regard entries submitted on Sept 22 through the end of sept 23 at the very LATEST. That's a 48 hour window but I have to implore that you land it on Sept 22 to be easier to find and showcase. Things tend to get lost in the chaos and arriving late makes it rough. All that is required for participation is submitting your art, music, or animation on newgrounds with the tag #MadnessDay2025 on sept 22 or sept 23. Do this and well will find you.
• In the event of a collab placing, all winnings will be sent to the collab organizer for them to distribute as they see fit.
• Music submissions can only be judged as individual songs. Soundscapes or Albums should be parsed/broken down into their individual tracks so that judging can be done on a individual basis.
• All winnings will be distributed via Paypal, Venmo, or CashApp. I can make Boosty work too as a last resort!
• In order for us to find you, please tag your submission with #MadnessDay2025, this is very important!
• YOWO - You Only Win Once. A person can post multiple entries across every category, but can only win placement once.
• It should go without saying, but just in case; post it here on Newgrounds!
• Physical prizes are shipped via USPS. If your country can accept a parcel from USPS, you're gold. If you are unable to receive a USPS parcel, you will be compensated for the value of the winning + shipping.
